Lay on your back with your knees facing the ceiling and raise your legs 2 to 4 inches up. You can put your hands under your bum for comfort.

 

SLOWLY bring your legs out a couple of feet then SLOWLY bring them back. Focus on doing this action with control and remember to BREATH.
